Description: We first start by covering floors/furniture with plastic/drop cloths, removing switch plates, prepping walls by filling in nail holes, fixing any drywall issues, sanding, spot priming those spots, & painting two coats, proper clean up to our work area & putting items back where they were at the start
Price: Avg cost for just walls $450-$600 in a average room (14ft by 14ft 9ft ceiling height)

Service: Painting Ceilings
Description: We start by covering floors/furniture with plastic/drop cloths, covering lighting that could get affected by our painting, prepping ceilings by filling in nail holes, fixing any drywall issues, sanding, spot priming those spots, painting one or two coats, properly clean up our work area & putting items back where they were at the start.
Price:Avg cost for Ceiling $250-325 (14x14 9ft ceiling height)

Service: We start by covering floors with plastic/drop cloths, we then then we fix caulking, fix nail holes, fill that in, we lightly sand all trim to be smoother, paint one or two coats & properly clean up our work area & putting items back where they were at the start.

Description: Sand, caulk, wood filler, paint 2 coats

Price: $250-450 per room (14x14 9ft ceiling height) 

Service:  Refinishing Banisters/Handrails

Description: We start by covering floors with plastic/drop cloths, Removing existing finish to bare wood, choose new stain, stain & polyurethane two coats for the longevity of the railing & properly clean up our work area & putting items back where they were at the start.

Price: typically $2600 for a two sided single stairway and small hallway section but it may vary depending on length 

Description: Depending on the age or difficulty of the removal we may approach it differently but typically using a steamer we can remove the paper itself, then the glue behind it and we can also fix the uneven wall afterwards!

Service: Prepping & Painting Soffits, Fascias, Gutters & Trim

Description: We start by first washing the area, then the next visit covering sidewalks, porches, asphalt, decks, prepping the surfaces we are painting by lightly sanding & identifying if it needs primer or not then painting with aluminum/vinyl safe paint

Price: for a 2 story house it will be about $5500 for two coats

Service: Washing before painting

Description: It is necessary to clean any surface before applying a new product on top! We use soap & water to clean up with our pressure washer for bonding purposes 

Price: an example of pricing would be about $275 for a 12x12ft deck if we are painting the wooden deck 

Wash, complete proper carpentry repairs, set down nails, Stain Deck two coats
Price: an example of 12X12 deck would be around $1000+ as it is a multiple visit and could include small carpentry repairs but it also includes the stain needed to complete

This Project Below before we painted it only lasted 2 years before it peeled off! We are on year 5 of it looking like it got done a couple weeks ago! We made sure we scrapped everything, let any wood dry if it was moist, primed all scrapped areas.
